The production process of a plush toy is divided into three steps,
1. The first is proofing. Customers provide drawings or ideas, and we will proofing and changing according to customers’ requirements. The first step of proofing is the opening of our design room. Our design team will cut, sew and fill cotton by hand, and make the first sample for customers. Modify according to the customer’s requirements until the customer is satisfied and confirmed.
2. The second step is to purchase materials for mass production. Contact computer embroidery factory, printing factory, laser cutting, workers sewing production, sorting, packaging and warehousing. For large quantities, it is expected to take about a month from proofing to shipment.
3. Finally, shipping + after-sales. We will contact the shipping company for shipment. Our shipping port is usually Shanghai port, which is very close to us, about three hours away. If the customer requires, such as Ningbo port, it is also OK.
